Directions
By Road
Southampton is just 75 miles (120km) from London on the M3 motorway. At the end of the M3 (Junction 14) take the M27 East towards Portsmouth. Leave the M27 at Junction 5, following the A335 towards the Airport Parkway Station and Eastleigh. You will pass the station on your right, then after 20 metres you will find the entrance to the Wide Lane Sportsground on your left.
Car Parking
Free parking is available on site - park sensibly and there will be plenty of room. The car park barriers will be operational over the weekend, limiting access onto the site. Vehicles can leave the site without restriction at any time. The barriers will be open allowing entry during the following times:
- Friday up to 10pm
- Saturday from 6:30am to 1am
- Sunday from 6:30am to 7pm

By Rail
The UKU Nationals tournament venue is only 50 metres from the mainline Airport Parkway Station. Journey time from London Waterloo is about 1 hour 20 minutes. Visit National Rail Enquiries for standard timetables, prices and bookings.
Megatrain & Megabus
It is possible to travel from central London (and other UK cities) for as low as £1. The Megatrain runs between London Waterloo and Southampton Airport Parkway Station. The Megabus leaves from London Victoria and will take you to Southampton city centre or the main University campus, from where you can take local Unilink buses.
Local Buses
Unilink and Bluestar services connect Southampton city centre, the main University campus and the Airport Parkway station, 50m from the venue. They run every 20 minutes during the day and hourly at night, from 5:30 am right through to 3:30 am. Solent Bluestar 2 links Southampton and Eastleigh, stopping near the venue at the Concord Club on Stoneham Lane (note that there is no wheelchair access from this side of the venue).
By Air
Southampton International Airport is only 80 metres from the UKU Nationals tournament venue. Heathrow is the closest London airport to Southampton, about 1 hour 30 minutes away by coach. Gatwick is 3 hours 35 minutes by coach, while Stansted can be over 4 hours. There are no direct trains from the London airports - you can go via London, which can increase the journey time to around 3 hours.
